Janina Monkute-Marks museum-gallery realizes a project which was sponsored by the American Embassy in Lithuania, called “Colorful USA in the middle of Lithuania”. The aim of the project – to introduce the colorful America through the tolerance to different cultures and types of art. 

It was organized the creative competition in which we invited students from the schools in Kedainiai District to participate. The competition theme was an artistic  interpretation of the Indian and Amish communities Arts. Works influenced by authenticity and color-gamma of these cultures and created by students are exhibited at Janina Monkute-Marks museum-gallery. Authors of the most beautiful works were awarded prizes  on 5^th of December, 5:00 pm, 2014. Later the exhibition will be on display in other organizations of Kedainiai City.
