Presentation of a new book for kids “JORE AND THE KINGDOM OF FLUFFIES”
We invited everyone to the presentation of a new book for kids "Jore and the Kingdom of Fluffies" (Jore ir siausiuku karalija). The presentation was attended by the author of the book Lina Krukauskiene, the Illustrator Giedre Seniuniene, as well as the Director and Editor of the publishing house Nijanga. Book excerpts were read by an actor and the audience rejoiced at the music played by a Young violinist. Find out more »
Annual meeting of the members and a Mask Carnival
The Janina Monkute-Marks Museum hosted an annual meeting of the members and a mask carnival. The Museum introduced an activity report for the year and plans for the future. The concert, artistic workshops and games were organized. The event was presented by the singer Kestutis Valionis. Find out more »
Contest of the Christmas – New Year card
After a three-year break we organized a contest of the Christmas – New Year cards once again. All the pupils of Kedainiai District schools and high schools, as well as students, were invited to participate in this contest. The authors of the best cards were awarded on December 14, at the day of an opening of the International Christmas Exhibition "Angels".
